Step 1. We conduct a Preliminary Site Analysis to determine the feasibility of your CubeSpace, uncovering the zoning, setbacks, potential flood plain issues, ingress/egress, soil compaction, utility location, and more.
Step 2. We review design and floor plan options along with pricing. Once your initial payment is received, our design team creates your complete plan set for permitting.
Step 3. After your permit is approved, we begin the installation process (grading, concrete footings/slab, utility connections) and this can be completed during production of your modular container home in most cases. This ensures that your total time to delivery is as short as possible (weeks in most cases).
Step 4. After all required site work and utility preparation has been completed, your CubeCasita is delivered and set. That's it!
Our durable and comfortable CubeSpace Modulars are framed, insulated, and fully habitable structures with all necessary fits and finishes. The MSA Annex is a perfect example of repurposing containers and other material to create a vibrant retail center. Traditional construction would require almost 100x more lumber to complete. Putting this in perspective - it is estimated that 22 mature fir trees are used to construct 1 home.
